		<description>Well stated, Alan.  I would only add a lesser perspective, that being Independence Day as a celebration of the principle of individual freedom (read as &#039;independence&#039;) enshrined in the Declaration that was further realized in the Constitution.  In other words, I am not only planning to celebrate my country&#039;s independence tomorrow, but my own, as gifted to me by right of citizenship of the United States of America.</description>
